Sarah lives between the Lake District and the Llyn Peninsula. Working with colour has always been central to the joy in Sarah’s life. Her work reflects the overwhelming beauty she sees in landscapes and seascapes. Layers of acrylic colour and surface texture are applied and are sanded back allowing shapes from beneath to emerge and develop into coastal imagery.
There are lots of different colours in each picture making them perfect for introducing warmth into a neutral room.
Her work has been selected for Plas Glyn y Weddw 2023 Summer Exhibition.
